If you are looking for a long term career opportunity, we have an opening in our Life & Health department in Hinckley!
Our primary product is Medicare & Health insurance, it is a highly regulated field with strict guidelines and demands a person who enjoys documenting & attention to detail. Our busiest time of year for Medicare & Health insurance is in the fall. The remainder of the year is a calmer pace where we still do some Medicare & Health and turn our focus to life, disability & group benefits for businesses.
This position is a customer service/sales position where you would have a primary role in support of our other agents in this department. You would have some data entry tasks, follow up with companies’ tasks, as well as answer customer billing & coverage questions. Which would be 30 to 50 % of your job duties. The additional time would be spent selling Medicare, health, life, disability & group benefits products to our existing customer base. We have a full training of tasks, products & sales.
